Brad has over 25 years of experience in technology and the audio-visual industry. He began in IT as a Desktop Officer and Server Administrator, later moving into network administration and systems technician roles. After studying Audio Production at SAE, Brad transitioned into audio engineering, working in film, live events, and Melbourne’s music scene. His work has featured in festivals like St Kilda Film Festival, and he has contributed to major events including Let Them Eat Cake, Strawberry Fields, Rainbow Serpent, and Festival 23 as Production Manager. Brad has also worked with leading AV companies such as CMS, LEX AV, Scene Change, Microhire, and Sightline, progressing into leadership roles as Team Leader and Technical Director. In 2017, he founded Live Streaming Services, which has grown from live event streaming and videography into a broader offering that now includes drone videography.

He began his career in television, spending five years in production before earning a degree in Audio Visual Technology from RMIT in 2004, building a strong foundation in live broadcasting, corporate events, and large-scale festivals. His work has taken him to leading venues across Melbourne and internationally, where he has created engaging, immersive audience experiences. Skilled in live vision, sound, and lighting, Josh ensures every event runs with precision. After working in the US on a Disney cruise ship, he returned to Melbourne in 2012 to join Federation Square, further establishing his reputation in the industry. Josh now leads the technical delivery of live streaming and event production, combining technical expertise with creative insight and a strong client focus. His commitment to innovation and flawless execution makes him a trusted partner for delivering professional, high-impact events.
